Prymat Classic Grilling Spice is an excellent seasoning for sausages, burgers, and other grilled meats.
For 800g of beef entrecote, use:
Grind the meat with the garlic in a mincer. Add 3 tablespoons of mustard, dried onion, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and Classic Grill seasoning. Knead for a few minutes. Form 5 flat cutlets from the meat, grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side and set aside for a few minutes. Cut the buns in half and grill them for a while. Spread the bottom of the buns with mustard, put your favorite vegetables, meat and cover with the top half of the buns.
Good to know when marinating: for meat for the grill, remember that the pieces should be of the same thickness. Then you will be guaranteed that the marinade will be evenly absorbed into all the pieces.
Store in dry and shaded place.
