Prymat Classic Pork Seasoning is a composition of herbs and spices, composed especially for dishes with this type of meat. The mixture includes, among others: garlic, sweet pepper, cumin, white mustard, thyme, coriander, savory, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, chili, allspice, bay leaf, salt and dried vegetables. Thanks to this mix, the prepared meat will delight with its unique taste every time.
Pork occupies a very important place in the menu of Poles. It is very tasty, but also easy to prepare meat. It has nutritional values, thanks to which, after its consumption, we retain vitality for a long time. A commonly liked form of pork preparation in Poland is the pork chop. The history of eating pork chops dates back to the 19th century and there is no indication that it will lose its popularity.
Prymat Classic Pork Seasoning can be used as a marinade ingredient or rub it on the meat just before breading or baking. It is irreplaceable for the preparation of pork roast, tenderloins, and pork schnitzels.
Our seasoning is without the addition of: monosodium glutamate, preservatives, or dyes.
Tenderloins with beetroot salad

Wash the tenderloins, rub with pork seasoning, put on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the lettuce and chard leaves. Trim the hard ends off the beetroot, if necessary. Transfer to a bowl, add washed and thinly sliced radishes. Pour the contents of the sachet with dill and herb sauce into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of water. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Cut the baked tenderloin into pieces. Arrange the lettuce on a plate, pour over the prepared sauce, sprinkle with sunflower sprouts and grated Parmesan cheese. Place the slices of tenderloin on top.
Store in a dry and shaded place.
