Created originally for Flying Dog Brewing Company's annual Local Riot event, our newest bratwurst is made with their Raging Bitch IPA. It's made with all natural Duroc pork and fresh ginger, coriander, and grapefruit zest to accentuate both the flavor of the beer and the sweetness of the pork.
