Small Ham, Kötözött Sonka, Schmalz's Approx. 1.8-2 lbs

This small piece of heavenly ham was created especially for a Polish Shoppe many years ago. To this day we still call it our "Bogi" ham. It is a very lean piece of ham that is cured with Natural Spices and gently smoked to perfection over hard woods. It is fully cooked and ready to eat.
