Raureni Chestnut Puree is from ripened edible chestnuts, well sweetened on the sunny, Southern hills of Tismana. The delicate taste is given by the autumn, well ripened edible chestnuts, raised in this warm climate of Mediterranean influence.
To make the peaches jam, we take away the fruits duvet, but we keep the fruits’ unmistakably aroma and the specific colour of the Dobrogean peaches, caressed by the breeze.
From golden, fragrant quinces, picked with care in the caressing autumn sun. Ripened on the Dobrogean hills, the quinces impart a unique flavour to our confiture.
